KLM B777 Rejected Takeoff Because Of Bird Strike

A KLM Boeing 777-300, was preparing a flight from Accra’s runway 03 at about 22:39L when the crew rejected takeoff at speed approximately 145 knots over the ground because of birds strike.

The plane slowed securely, cleared the runway, and got to be debilitated on the parallel taxiway because of a number of tires deflating.

After getting to be debilitated on the taxiway, the plane was towed to the apron for almost 30 minutes.

As per the airport, the airplane was incapable to take off from runway 21 because of a bird strike close the windshield. after which the passengers disembarked and were transported to different hotels. 

The airplane remained on the ground in Accra for about 27:15 hours and afterward departed as flight KL-590D and arrived in Amsterdam with a delay of 27.5 hours.
